Front desk is … not great and totally see where the other reviews are coming from. HOWEVERRR the masseuses are all really great. I’ve been here a few times after work to get a 10min back massage. I just went to get a 60min with Joy and she is so AMAZING. Like literally life changing … she just knows, you know? I really recommend asking for you Joy!!!!

This is a busy spa and I can see why! Their massages are truly exceptional. My daughter I reserved our foot massages and back chair massages after a long day working a retail Popup store across the street. Our massages were so amazing we booked again for the next day. All of the staff members were friendly and accommodating to every customer. ❤️

I worked across the street for a couple of weeks and went 4 times while in town… so that should be all I need to say! I got a foot / back massage combo each time and it was truly incredible. The price was beyond reasonable and everyone was so professional and kind. The space was extremely clean and the host was the best! I felt so taken care of. I can’t wait to come back to Brooklyn just for 64 Bergen Spa! I highly recommend.

This was my 5th time at Bergen Spa and each time gets better and better. It is my favorite place to get a massage in NY. The prices are incredibly affordable and everything is extremely clean. I'm so happy I found them!

Had an excellent foot reflexology massage here. The therapist was great, used very strong pressure which is exactly what I like, and he went through every single area and even finished with hot stones. Felt great afterwards. Haven't had this great of a foot massage since my last trip to Asia. Will definitely be coming back.

Rating: 8/10 Booked a 60-minute couples bodywork session (includes hot stones) and overall it was definitely worth it. Reservation through the website was seamless and easy — big plus. When we arrived there was a short wait, but it wasn't much It actually felt reassuring because multiple sessions were wrapping up and guests were coming out super relaxed and giving great feedback. What we got: 60-min Couples Bodywork with Hot Stones — $110 Added essential oils — $10 each Total: $130 Massage quality was strong, pressure was good, and the hot stones were a nice add-on. Good value for a couples session and a smooth overall experience. Good for: Easy booking, couples massage value, consistent service
